Centralized Eligibility Waiting List

CDR Eligibility Waiting List for State Funded Child Care Assistance Child Development Resources (CDR) maintains a list of families who are eligible for subsidized Child Care programs. This is called the “CDR Eligibility Waiting List” (CEWL). Click on the link below and fill in the online application. You will be placed in a list prioritized based on a number of factors and is not determined by when you apply. When a space comes available, you will be contacted for an appointment to provide further documentation for enrollment.
