Small Life Routines Can Make A Difference

CDR’s Head Start Home-Based Program recently held a group social called, Healthy Minds and Bodies. The focus for this gathering was AWARENESS—helping families learn simple, meaningful ways to stay healthy without needing to do anything extra or complicated. Through activities like yoga, tummy time with babies, music, relaxation, and a makeshift fruit smoothie bar, families were able to learn how small routines can make a big difference. There were also additional sections with fun seasonal activities, such as winter-themed snow globes and hopscotch, to keep everyone engaged.
