On September 26, all 400-plus CDR employees were celebrated during its annual Child Development Resources (CDR) Staff Appreciation Lunch. The event was held on the grounds of the central offices in Oxnard. This time around, the day's agenda included a Health and Wellness Fair which provided team members the opportunity to connect directly with health plan representatives to better understand and leverage their current benefits and inquire about other available options. But the most popular booth at the fair was the outdoor massages, catered to provide a moment of mindfulness and relaxation.
