CDR’s Early Head Start (EHS) Peer Reflection monthly meetings provides staff with a relaxing and safe space to share experiences, challenges, new perspectives, brainstorm problem solving techniques, and ways to apply best practices to their daily work.
They recently held their first gathering of 2026, facilitated by Brenda Paniagua, EHS/Child Care Program Department Support Specialist and Linda Rodriguez, EHS Family & Provider Specialist. The topic for this meeting was Wellness Painting. Participants got an opportunity to unwind and express their creativity.
CDR values the importance of peer reflection groups and their commitment to growth, inclusion, and employee voices. This strengthens engagement and contributes to a positive and open workplace culture.
