On June 17, CDR held its Staff Development Day, a coming together of all 400-plus employees to kick off the summer season and enjoy a fun-filled time at the park.
The Country Fair theme featured carnival style games, music, dance, a photo area complete with hay bales, and a homestyle BBQ lunch.
Staff Development Day is one of the highlights of the year because it provides an opportunity to for entire CDR workforce to gather together in-person and celebrate the accomplishments of the team.
